1. Once rented, we will apply a damage deposit to your payment. You (RENTER) are responsible for taking care of the item you rented out. You agree to treat each rental piece with care and respect. Rental dresses and/or accessories are not allowed to be used in water. You will be held responsible for any loss, destruction or damage to the rental product. The Anna Kova Dress Rental reserves the right to determine whether damages exceed the regular wear and tear allowance. Should there be any damage to the dress/accessory upon your return, we will keep part of your damage deposit. If you (RENTER) return any items  stained or damaged beyond repair, we will keep your full damage deposit (to cover a partial purchase of a new dress), in addition to any rental fees already paid. The RENTER shall pay the OWNER full compensation for replacement and/or repair of any dresses and/or accessories which is not returned because it is lost or stolen or any dresses and/or accessories which is damaged and in need of repair to put it into the same condition it was in at the time of rental. 

2. Most of our Anna Kova dresses are adjustable between sizes XS-L (all sizes are listed under each item). However, if you are concerned that the dress you want to rent will not fit you, we would really recommend that you schedule an appointment with us to try on dresses we have. We can also schedule a Facetime call to do a virtual styling session, where we can show you all the options we have. Unfortunately, if you have ordered a dress without previously trying it on and you don’t like the way it fits you, we can't refund /credit you for it. 

3. Your renting period starts for when you booked it. Those items that you have rented have to be dropped off by 24 hours or 72 hours mark time, depending which of the two options you have booked. We can not refund/credit you for your rented item(s) even if you are not able to come and pick it up at your scheduled pick up time. If a term rental rate is charged by OWNER, rental charges are billed to the RENTER for the full term even if the dress/accessory are returned before the end of the term.

4. Pick up and drop off times are twice a day every day. These times are 7:00am - 8:00am and 3:00pm - 4:00pm up at Black Mountain, Kelowna. You can return your rented item(s) before “24/72 hours” drop off mark, however if you decide to drop your dress at an earlier drop off time slot, please let us know about it beforehand. If you fail to return items you have rented by your scheduled drop of time, you will be charged a late fee of $10 for every hour after your scheduled drop off time, no exceptions. You will be charged $1,000 (to cover the purchase of a new dress), if the item hasn’t been returned for 24/72 hours (depending if you have booked “24 hours” option or “72 hours” option) or longer after your scheduled drop off time. We base our business around scheduling and late returns prevent us from getting the item ready for the next renter in time.

5. If you require to rent a dress/accessory for longer than 24/72 hours, you have an option to rent it for as many 24/72 hours time slots as long as the dress is still available for those days/times. Please note that if you (RENTER) are booking for a Photoshoot, Styled Photoshoot, Maternity session, you must select “24 hours” option, and then book additional “24 hours” option (or as many as additional ones as you need) if additional time is required. If you (RENTER) are booking for an Elopement, you must select “72 hours” option, and then book additional “72 hours” option (or as many as additional ones as you need) if additional time is required. If RENTER books a “24 hours” option and proceeds to use the dress for an Elopement, you (RENTER) will be charged the difference between “24 hours” and “72 hours” options in addition to any rental fees already paid. The reason for this is because it’s more time consuming to clean a dress and prepare it for the next RENTER after an Elopement than after a regular Photosession / Styled Photosession.

6. If you fail to pick up your dress/accessory during your scheduled pick up time, and no special arrangements were previously made between you (RENTER) and Anna Kova Dress Rental (OWNER), we do not guarantee that you will still be able to pick your rented dress/accessory after that time until the next pick up/drop off time that day. However, please note that your rental period still starts at the time for which you have booked your rental dress/accessory for, even if you have missed your pick up time.

7. No allowance will be made for any rented dress/accessory or portion thereof which is claimed not to have been used. Acceptance of returned dress/accessory by OWNER does not constitute a waiver of any of the rights OWNER has under the rental agreement

8. Please do not take the item to the dry cleaner. We handle the dry cleaning and it's included in the cost of the rental, so simply drop it back to us at your scheduled drop off time or any earlier drop off times.

9. Other than temporary clips, no alterations are permitted on the dresses. Please do not alter the dresses. You will be liable for any seamstress fees to repair the alterations. 

10. The RENTER has to pay full rental price in order to finalize the booking for dresses and/or accessories. If full payment hasn’t been received from the RENTER, then those dresses and/or accessories are still available for anyone else to rent. 

11. Due to the nature of the service/product, this rental service is NOT refundable. Therefore, If you have questions please get in touch with us before reserving a rental dress and/or accessory and before making a payment.

12. RENTER indemnifies and holds OWNER harmless for all injuries or damage of any kind for repossession and for all consequential and special damages for any claimed breach of warranty.

13. The RENTER shall pay all reasonable attorney and other fees, the expenses and costs incurred by OWNER in protection of its rights under this rental agreement and for any action taken against OWNER to collect any amounts due to the OWNER under this rental agreement.

14. By making a payment for the dress and/or accessories rental, RENTER automatically agrees to these terms and conditions stated above.
